ICM Properties, Inc. is a full service professional
property management and investment company focusing on multi-family
residential properties. We currently manage over two thousand
apartment units on the North Side of Chicago
Established in 1966, ICM has steadily grown to become one
of the largest residential management companies on the North Side
of Chicago. With two fully staffed offices, our professional
property managers, knowledgeable leasing consultants, and
hardworking maintenance team are at your disposal.
ICM is not a rental agency. We manage every unit and you
will deal directly with our company for all your needs. Our offices
are close to all our buildings, making it easy to visit seven days
a week. Finding an apartment and moving can be a stressful time.

Lincoln Park, Lakeview and Ravenswood neighborhoods, ICM Properties
