Just wanted to say thank you so much for getting my repairs done so quickly. I am the resident in 19XX W. Wilson unit XX. Having just moved in over Memorial Day weekend, it can be a little chaotic so I appreciate you getting everything done so efficiently. It definitely makes my new apartment that much more enjoyable! I was so glad to see that the window with the crack was replaced too. If it was any other window I would not have been so antsy about it-just happens to be the main window that everyone sees when they walk into my place. I understand getting the brown gunk cleaned off from the outside of the window may take a little bit more time since it is a non emergency. Hopeful it can be done in the next couple of weeks? Once again, thanks for all of your help and for being so responsive to my numerous maintenance requests.
