Bill, I just wanted to say Thank You for all your help from the day you rented me my old apartment on Wayne through and even past the day I moved out. It's just about 5 years and for the most part those years have been uneventful, which when renting is a good thing. BUT - When I did have an issue, concern or problem, you always got back to me and whether or not I liked the answer or not, you always shot straight with me and gave me the reason behind the decisions. I will tell ya' I think you're one heck of a professional and based on what I've seen from you as the true professional you are in your industry, I would not only 110% trust your judgment when it comes to matters of real estate/renting but on any topic I asked you about. You're a stand up guy and I just really wanted to take the time to say Thank You and commend you for everything you've done over the past almost 5 years.
