I've been with ICM for over 3 years and it's been a positive experience for me from day one. My leasing agent (Pete) drove me to 3 apartments that were all within my price range. I ended up signing a lease for the 1st floor 1BR of a huge coach house about a block and a half from Wrigley Field. I could see the jealousy in other Cub fan's eyes when I told them I could hear the stadium announcer from my backyard, while grilling a steak on my Weber.
After I moved in, I faxed a list of minor repairs I wanted done to ICM, and all were completed within a few days.
My next apartment was an ICM building too. Again, the few minor problems I had were faxed to them, and fixed within a few days.
Recently, the in-wall AC in the living room died. I left a message with ICM at 9:00PM and they had someone out the next day. They left a message on my phone telling me they were going to replace the AC. Less then 48 hours after it died, I came home from work to find a brand new Frigidaire installed. With the owners manual and a little remote control in a sealed package next to it. While it is July outside, it's like January in my apartment.
Overall, I have found their office staff to be helpful and their maintenance crew to be excellent. Problems have always been fixed in a timely manner and I know I will come home to find the door locked and the mess cleaned up after maintenance has left.
