I would like to thank you (ICM) for getting to my apartment so quick to fix our frozen pipe! I understand maintenance is very busy right now but thank you for making it out here so fast. I have rented from many places over the past few years and ICM definitely has the best maintenance. Even the workers themselves are EXTREMELY nice and I have never had a complaint!
