I just wanted to let you know that everything was taken care of this weekend. Sam came over and replaced the large screw in our door with one that fits better and the painter finished the bathroom window. I wanted to let you know that the painter was absolutely wonderful and did and excellent job. He was very nice and considerate as we were at home the entire time he was there. Unfortunately I do not recall his name, but I wanted to give you the positive feedback. Thank you,
