Dear Icm, I've recently signed and renewed my lease for the 2nd time with you, and I wanted to tell you why: Any and all maintenance requests have been answered and solved quickly, and with much appreciated professionalism and courtesy. The new windows have been a godsend through this winter! The building and the immediate grounds are kept neat and are nice to come home to. Neighbors are tidy, quiet and respectful.
