We have been with ICM for over a year now, and Tom and the maintenance staff have been INCREDIBLE. Tom returns our calls within the hour, and is always friendly and so helpful. He continuously overextends himself to assist my roommate and I with whatever we need - whether its maintenance or lease questions. In addition, the maintenance staff has re-tiled our bathroom, painted the entire apartment, and installed/removed our air conditions on numerous occasions. They are always friendly when they come over. I could not ask for a better management company. I would recommend ICM to any friend or family member.
