Thanks for referring me to Seth Kramer. I went around today with him to look at some places and wanted to give you the heads up. Great guy. He really represents ICM well. He really listened to my parameters and showed me places that were realistically within them, but also was able to deal on his July inventory of properties that were normally perhaps a little out of my range.
