Just wanted to say thanks for the prompt attention to the maintenance requests that I made the other day. I've been so pleased with the service of the maintenance people! I have lived at my current apt for the last two years and just signed for a third year, and every time I've made a request its been addressed in a timely manner so THANK YOU. I wanted to especially acknowledge the people that fixed my heat during the winter. I told him my heat wasn't working and he was at my house within 30 minutes and fixed the problem right away. This happened twice within the last two years, and each time ICM's workmen came over and resolved the issue immediately. thanks again, and keep it up!
