I hope you are well. I am happy to report that I have re-signed my lease for another year. I have attached a copy of it to this email but have also put the hard copies in the mail. I just wanted to ensure it got there by the deadline date.
Also, I wanted to comment on the improvements of the maintenance and the response time since I've been a lessee. In particular, Bill from maintenance has been great in honoring my requests.
It is one of the main reasons I have stayed with ICM all these years.
