I wanted to take a moment to compliment Chris from maintenance. He came to our apartment today (4/7) to help with the recurring maintenance request we had submitted yesterday (we have a smell permeating our apartment that is now believed to be coming from a dead animal in the walls, rather than mold growth from the water damage). Chris was extremely helpful and friendly. He was determined to help us get to the root of the problem and talked me through the progress along the way. I just thought that his hardwork should be noted as we really appreciated it! Thank you!
