John, Hey John this is Danny XXXXXX, I live in XXXX N Southport, apartment with Brent and Eric. I haven't actually met you yet since I was out of town when Brent and Eric found the place and signed the lease. But anyways, we just wanted to thank you and ICM for being so fast in our maintenance requests. We were amazed and pleased when it only took two days for guys to come out and fix everything we had asked for (if only comcast was that fast we could have been watching the hawks games). This was all of our's first place and I'm very glad it has gone so smoothly with you guys.
