Hi John, I've gotta say that I have been very impressed by the maintenance group!! All of our maintenance requests have been completed within 1-2 business days (we've had a few others aside from the ones we've worked with you on). They even come out right away to replace light-bulbs...which is something I would expect to take a week or two. I'm also impressed that they were able to come out to paint within a week...which is something I'd expect to take 2-4 weeks. Thanks a lot!
