Please submit maintenance requests through your resident portal. If a request requires we enter your unit, we kindly ask you wear a mask and maintain distance from our technicians for the duration of their visit. If possible, please remain a separate room while our technicians complete their work.
Maintaining safe, secure, and clean properties and apartments for our residents is an essential service. We continue to prioritize cleaning of common areas and high-touch surfaces.
Our leasing agents are available to help you find an apartment. All in-person showings will follow CDC, IDPH, and CDPH protocols. Video tours of occupied units may also be available. Please contact our leasing specialists for further details.
