Only 1900-16 N. Lincoln, 5073-75 N. Wolcott / 1825-35 W. Winona, and 3300-02 N. Claremont / 2334-44 W. School residents qualify for the 2024 Picture Perfect Project rent credit.

HOW TO SUBMIT

Visit our website’s submission page to submit your photos.

You may upload directly to the site or link to a file-sharing site (like Google Drive or Dropbox)

Photo submissions must:

• Show your apartment looking clean and presentable
• Show multiple rooms
• Include at least five (5) photos total
• Be submitted by Monday, September 30th

RENT CREDIT

Tenants will receive a $100.00 rent credit for submitting photos.

Once the photos are processed, you will receive an email notification that the one-time $100.00 rent credit will be applied within 45 to 60 days.

Only one submission per unit is eligible for the rent credit. Units with showing agreements are not eligible.

PROFESSIONAL SHOOT

The best-presented units may be offered to participate in our professional video/photo shoot for an additional $100.00 one-time rent credit.

The entire process takes around 45-60 minutes to complete. Tenants may choose to be present or not during the project. We may feature these videos/photos on ICM’s website, YouTube channel, and other promotional materials.
